A Surprising Moment with My Nurse

OK, the medical procedure is not kinky, sexy or erotic at all. But if you are of a certain age or have family risk factors, you know that the anesthesia that is used allows you to wake up veru quickly and wake up very lucid.
I awoke to my nurse talking very quietly, close to my ear, but not quite as low as a whisper. Firstly, I realized that she was talking low so that no one else could hear her. And, secondly, I was almost immediately aware that her hand was in my ass!
What she, in her low sultry voice, was telling me was this: "We had a VERY difficult time getting the bung to seal your anus so that we could complete your colonoscopy. We typically only encounter this problem with gay men who engage in a certain type of recreation. I can tell that you are not gay, per se, but I know what you like to do!
At this point sh rotates her first a bit, from side to side, in a rotating motion. Her knuckles are beating and thumping and working on my prostate. I don't know if she is bare fisting me or wearing a glove... moreover, I don't know how she is able to do it, not be seen, and get away with it!
"Someone is coming, lie still, play dead, and BE cool. (She RAPIDLY extracts her fist from me!) I think we gave him a bit too much propofol; his temp is fine and vitals are great; he is actually coming around now. (She pokes me with a finger to my back and I mumble something.)
This other person obviously leaves because my nurses' fist drives back into my ass.
"OK, listen, your drug is supposed to have worn off already. Before we get the doctor in here or raise any more suspensions.... I put my name and phone number on your left front pants pocket.
