Her post was titled “Come see me downtown”. Vague... I prefer clear expectations.
Her age was 24, a decade my junior. I typically preferred women my age or older. I don't know why I opened it.

“No sex,” her ad started. “No making out, no contact at all. No talking.”
That's a lot of “No,” I'm not sure why I read on.
“I'm going out to the bars on 6th Street tonight with my boyfriend. Come watch me.”

I replied on a whim. “Sure. tell me when and where?”
A quick reply, "Cheers Shot Bar at 9 PM."
Sounds like a plan.

I got my kid to bed and asked my wife if I could meet up with a friend downtown, get a drink or two. She happily obliged.

I got there a bit early, no idea who I was looking for. Apart from a few guys smoking out back, it was deserted. Tuesday ain't exactly party time.

20 minutes later, nobody else had arrived and I couldn't nurse my Lonestar any further. I wandered over to RHSC and got a cocktail, figured I'd been pranked. Ah well.

I finished my drink and chatted with the bartender. I started to walk back to my car when I decided to give it one more shot. I wander back to Cheers, just in case. I ask for a water and a Red Bull and fidget with my phone while that stronger-than-expected cocktail wears off.
Just then, 2 couples stumble in. I briefly make eye contact with a young woman in a knee-length dress, gauzy pink material. I raise an eyebrow to inquire if we have been speaking. She looks right past me. Guess not, I figure.

I face the TV, watching them from the corner of my eye. They get drinks and crowd around a hightop table. The other girl is in white denim shorts and a blouse. Both of them are hotter than the dudes they came in with.

Lady In Pink walks to the restroom and bumps into a table with an oversized jenga set on it. She stumbles and laughs in a cute way. The others in the group go out back. Pink emerges from the restroom and scans the room with a few quick glances before leaving to find her friends, I fail to make eye contact. I wait a few minutes and exit to the street. I doubt either was the one I was talking to, if she was even real.

I get home, get right in bed. I wake up in the early AM to feed a hungry baby, I see an email. “You never showed.”

I answer “We must have missed each other, unless you were the girl who knocked over Jenga, or her friend”

She is surprised that I could know that, and I surmise it really was her. I ask if she wore the blouse or the dress. She sends a few different pictures and asks which one has the people I saw. They're one all pics from a different night, but one stands out a little. “The legs on the girl in the second picture match the girl in pink last night.”

“Omg that's me. You really were there? I didn't see you!”

We exchange contact info for a chat app. She asks if I thought she was cute. I say she was a fuckin fox.

I came to find out she'd never done that before, but liked the idea of being watched. I tell her to message me next time she's out. She's from Houston but visits often. We chat for a week or two til it fizzles out.

Then I get an email “Friday night? We're going out. Dk where. what should I wear?” There's a pic of a few dresses on a bed. I pick something similar to what she wore the night I saw her. Attractive but not revealing. She asked why I didn't pick the sexier dresses, and I said I didn't think that was her usual style.

A few days later, I popped down to Thirsty Nickel and saw her. she was able to pick me out of the crowd this time, though save for a little wink, we didn't acknowledge each other as she danced with her BF.

We chatted a day later, I said it was erotic to see her in a dress I picked. She agreed, she felt turned on all night knowing she was being watched.

We flirted in chat a little bit, but always very subtly. Never overtly sexual, but a bit of intimacy.

I asked her if it would be weird if I bought her a dress to wear. She said it would be weird but sexy...
