Seeking Connections in Erotic Communities

Where Are The Groups? My intent here isn't to simply tell a true or fictional story, but to express my frustration over the lack of avenues, pathways, open to me to search for and ultimately find any group or groups of erotically minded people that gather together to fantasize or practice erotica. Given the plethora of erotic feelings, thoughts and acts in the world, there must be a lot of them.
AND - the harmful, hurt filled treatment such groups and their members might be given strongly guides them to be very secretive. Still, there are people out there/here like STUPID ME, trying to hunt them out, learn what they're about, and Join a compatible one.
So, if 1) you know of one or more, and 2) can tell me how I might learn about what the group is all about without hurting/harming anyone/anything, Please Do!
